
This Canadian IT company had hundreds of Service Contracts which were not effectively managed, leading to significant delays and increased costs.
The Problem:
Loop Analytics was brought on to identify and measure the full-scale of the current Contract Management issues affecting the Company.
We found that Company Leadership lacked visibility or access to contracts – there were also noted issues of missing available contract renewals and inability to renegotiate contract commitments before contract extensions.
The Solution:
Once we had discovered the key issues, and the root causes of those issues, Loop Analytics worked with Management to introduce a multifaceted Contract Management Support System – designed entirely with the customer in mind.
We then worked with operational members of the Company to build a Tableau based dashboard (including automated Notifications) that put critical Contract information at everyone’s finger tips.
Finally, Loop Analytics worked to shift some administrative duties from a Senior Management level to a Senior Analyst level position which led to significant cost savings.
