The instructions for accessing and writing your Certification exam are below.
Please permit three (3) hours for completion and the exam must be completed in one sitting.
The passing grade for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification multiple choice exam is 70%.
To begin your exam, please click here and sign-in.
Read each question carefully and select the most appropriate response(s) for each question.
Following the exam, you will need to submit a completed project to complete the requirements for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. If you have already provided your completed project, please disregard.
Once you have completed your online exam, and your project has been accepted, you will receive confirmation of your Certificate and a physical copy will be mailed to the address of your choosing (if you selected that option at check-out).
Should you receive less than 70% on the exam a re-test attempt will be issued after 30 days.
